| 2002-10-24 why won't cannibals eat clowns?........They taste funny long day. I didn't have any classes today. Both of them were cancelled. But I did go to this women's planning meeting thing that Kenneth had me go to, to represent the Alliance. It was fun they are basically planning all of these women centered programs through out the year. For the rest of the semester we now have planned, a car care session, a sexual awareness week, and an all female open mic. I think this is going to be a lot of fun. I finally got my schedule for this Saturday. It took them long enough to decide when each of 5 performers are going to play, jeebus. I swear I could have slapped that together in 5 min. But anyway, I'm playing 2nd after an all girl punk band called the "whoremoans". WTF, I can't believe Edyta stuck me on after them. And I'm opening up for the BIG performer, CaraBeca, once again WTF, I've never heard of her. She's apparently this local performer. So I went and checked out her website and listened to her on Mp3 and you know they could've gotten someone good like jamie Anderson or Kara, but whatever. Kara said she is going to make it to it on Saturday. That makes me SO nervous. I don't know why but it does. I had to cut my bio down to 75 words. You don't understand how hard that is. I mean really what can you say about yourself in less then 75 words. I don't know maybe I like talking about myself too much :) Then I about had a kenipsion trying to figure out what picture to use with my bio. That the problem with having too many publicity photos. But I used the one that Kara liked the best, I mean I liked it too. I really should get to bed, Shane's cutting my hair at 8:30 in the morning, icky :( But oh well at least I won't have a mini mullet. goodnight my lovelies. MWAH! |
