| 2002-10-22 My face on the Colliegian Not a terribly exciting day but a few cool things happened. Went to choir and Mr. Leck let us out early. So I'm wandering over to the union to get food. And i stumbled upon our Peace Rally. I could have kicked myself. I completly forgot it was going on today. So I ran and got my yougurt and fruit thing and got back outside to listen. So Kenneth is going on and on....and then he says, "Is there anyone who would like to speak?" So I get up!Yep I spoke out against the war infront of about 50 people I didn't know. it was a great rally. I'll let ya know if my face winds up in the school paper. Then it was of to C and T. Nothing exciting there just started our section on Islam, Yee Haw! Came home goofed around on the computer, went back up to school for voice lab. Talked with Martin and then had a rehearsal with Patrick for our duet on Sunday. I Think I'm getting sick. My throat is kinda sore. I have two concerts this weekend. One matters more then the other. Lesbopalooza is on saturday from 1-5. that's 30 min of all Laura! Then from 7-9 is our Fall Choir concert for Family weekend at school. So I really don't care if I'm sick for that, I'm in a choir. Then on Sunday I have my duet with Patrick at church. I CANT be sick! So my only choice is to down as much OJ and water as possible, take vitamins and lots of sudephed. I should be okay. Well, I'm tired and there is homework to be done and a bed that is calling my name. Goodnight my Lovelies!MWAH |
